About Bike Ride Rambles

If you bicycle regularly, then you know that your bike ride doesn't end when you make the final turn toward home. You keep thinking about it all day long. A difficult hill that finally felt easier after weeks of trying to tackle it, a great view of the ocean, the brisk morning air, speeding along a wide shoulder in a high gear and feeling great ... it sustains you morning, noon, and night. And when you can't ride (i.e. bad weather ... common problem here in New England) then there's an entire bike culture in which to immerse yourself, like the Tour de France, the latest gear and gadgets, books and magazines, online tour logs and blogs, and simply dreaming about the next perfect ride. That's what my Bike Ride Rambles blog is all about.

I own two bikes: a 2014 Brompton folding bike and 2006 Raleigh Cadent road bike.
